A FEW THINGS TO KINDLY NOTE
Appointment Times : We will be operating as many hours as safely possible whilst allowing the maximum therapist to client time. We thank you for your patience and understanding as we work through an extensive lists of requests.
Requesting An Appointment : With an exceptional busy period ahead, we kindly ask that all enquiries and appointment requests are by phone to 021 427 5741. On occasion, the line may "ring out" as we take a little time to answer if we are looking after clients in the salon. Please bear with us.
Arrival at Salon : Prior to each client visit, you are assured that the dedicated area for your treatment is cleaned and sanitised. All staff are trained and implement full sanitisation procedures. Likewise, we sanitisation at reception for client use.
Face Coverings : All clients are kindly requested to wear a face covering whilst in the salon. On the occasion of you requesting a face based treatment, your therapist shall be wearing a full face visor & face covering.
Gloves : With the obvious treatment exceptions, you are kindly requested to wear gloves.
Waiting Areas : To allow for full social distancing, we will be allowing ample space between appointments and keeping the numbers of people in our waiting area to an absolute minimum. However, on occasion, you may be asked to wait off premises.
Contact Tracing / Data Collection : In accordance with HSE guidelines, your personal data (name, address, email, and phone number) will be collected at each salon visit. Regardless of it being maybe on file already.
Cancellations / Changes / Deposits : It is crucial for us to operate a fair appointment system. Late arrivals may result in cancellation of your treatment, or a shorter time offered for an alternative treatment. Should you ever wish to change an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to change our appointment system, booking requests or deposit criteria should we deem it necessary.
